Summer nights, poolside bites
The summer fun has just begun! Join us poolside at the Watchtower Pool + Patio every Thursday through Saturday from 6–9 PM for nightly themed specials. Sip tropical cocktails and savor island-inspired bites on Tiki Thursday, including poke bowls and Hawaiian flatbreads. On Fiesta Friday, dig into flavorful favorites like street corn and walking tacos. Then on American BBQ Saturday, we’re firing up the mesquite coals for ribs glazed in prickly pear BBQ sauce, pulled pork sandwiches, and ice-cold drinks. Soak up the flavors, the fun, and the long summer nights with us!
