  • Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am
  • Charcoal fires only. No wood fires allowed.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and please clean up after them.
  • Due to water shortages, washing your vehicle is prohibited.
  • All trash must be placed in dumpsters.
  • Satellite users, the Grand Canyon’s zip code is 86023.
  • Electrical Monitoring Systems not compatible in Classic Sites.

Camper Services & Retail

Camper Services is conveniently located near the entrance to Trailer Village RV Park, making it an easy stop for essential needs during your stay. Just next door, you’ll find a free dump station and potable water filling station for RVs, along with several picnic tables outside the building for a relaxed break. Canyon Village Market & Deli (General Store) is just minutes from the campsite, offering a quick and convenient option for groceries and other essentials.

Greenway Trail

Guest staying at Trailer Village RV Park have direct access to the Grand Canyon Greenway Trail—a 13-mile trail of paved pathway for walking and biking that connects to some of the most scenic viewpoints. Winding through forests of ponderosa, pinyon, and juniper trees, the trail invites you to experience the landscape at an unhurried pace. Along the way, you’ll likely see plenty of wildlife—from elk and mule deer to bighorn sheep and even the soaring California condor.

Grand Canyon Shuttle

Move around through the South Rim with ease from the Village (Blue) Route stop right at Trailer Village RV Park. This convenient shuttle connects you to the Grand Canyon Visitor Center, train depot, and a collection of iconic South Rim trails and scenic overlooks—so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

FAQ

Guests can check in right at Trailer Village between 12-8 PM. After 8 PM, guests for Trailer Village RV Park must check in at Yavapai Lodge.

No, there is not. However, there is free limited Wi-Fi available down the road at the Canyon Village General Store and Deli (a half-mile away), as well as the Yavapai Lodge lobby. DirecTV services are available for paved RV sites only on the back of the electric box.

Trailer Village is approximately one mile from the South Rim.

Reservations can be made up to 13 months in advance. If visiting in our high-volume season (May through October) we recommend making reservations one year in advance.

Yes, some of our rooms are pet-friendly.

Grand Canyon National Park allows leashed dogs on named trails above the rim (not on any inner Canyon trails for their safety and yours).
Walk the South Rim for great views and a safe, pet-friendly hike.

You’ll get to see some of the big draws of the Grand Canyon:

  • Yavapai, Hopi, Mojave and Mather Points.
  • Stop by Yavapai Tavern to grab a drink and enjoy lunch on the patio with your BFF (best furry friend).
  • Check out Desert View to cool off with some ice cream.
  • Shop at Yavapai Lodge Gift Shop and pick up a souvenir for your favorite sidekick!
  • Grab a beer at Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery, just outside the park.

Yes, Trailer Village® is the only in-park RV park with full hookups (sewage, water, and electrical with 30 amp and 50 amp sites available)

Empty propane tanks can be exchanged at Canyon Village Market.

There are coin operated showers and a coin operated laundromat down the road at Camper Services (at the entrance to Mather Campground). It’s a half-mile walk, or you can drive your car.
