Just a short drive away, the Kaibab National Forest boasts a variety of dog-friendly trails perfect for you and your pup to explore together. Popular options include the scenic Sycamore Falls Trail, the moderate Bill Williams Mountain Trail, or the easy Keyhole Sink Trail. Always keep your dog on a leash no longer than 6 feet within the Grand Canyon National Park, and never leave your pet unattended or tied up outside or in your vehicle.

Grand Canyon National Park allows leashed dogs on named trails above the rim (not on any inner Canyon trails for their safety and yours). Walk the South Rim for great views and a safe, pet-friendly hike. You’ll get to see some of the big draws of the Grand Canyon:
