Yoga Sessions Near Grand Canyon
Start your day with a mindful yoga class every Saturday morning from 8-9 a.m. at The Squire at Grand Canyon’s fitness center.
This session is free for resort guests and is inclusive of all ability levels, though reservations are required as spots are limited in each class.
Accessibility Notes
- Ability to get up and down from the ground; mat work.
- Blocks, yoga straps, and blankets provided to customize your practice and meet your needs.
- Trauma sensitive approach – prioritizing mindfulness, building awareness, and cultivating agency through choice-based language.
- Size-inclusive: cuing to help determine how postures can be adjusted for YOUR body, instead of the other way around.
- Secular, neuro-science approach: welcoming to people of all spiritual or non-spiritual backgrounds.

Stephanie Washington is the owner and yoga instructor for Grand Canyon Yoga LLC, and has extensive experience in teaching diverse yoga styles. She is passionate about utilizing yoga as healing modality for the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
